The Iconic Skull and Dagger also known as the Ray “Bones” Rodriguez pro model was originally Illustrated by artists Vernon Courtland Johnson in 1979 for Powell Peralta Skateboards. In this era Powell was unique is being a pioneer to produce unique graphics for their pro skaters.
This reimagined Skull and Chucks graphic as a collaboration for D-R-G-N and Bruce Lee was the brainchild of artist and former Powell skateboarder Steve Saiz. The Concept was then refined by original artist Vernon Courtland Johnson and applied on a classic 70’s deck
With pearled and embossed dragon scale details giving the board and incredibly unique finish.
